Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Psychology Zone offers refunds under the following conditions:

• Refunds are available for cancelled sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time
• If a therapist cancels a session without valid reason, you will receive a full refund or credit for a rescheduled session
• Technical issues preventing the session from occurring qualify for a full refund or rescheduling
• Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Provide your session details, booking reference, and reason for refund request
• Include any supporting documentation if applicable
• Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following situations are generally non-refundable:

• Refunds cannot be issued if you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled session
• No-shows without prior notification are non-refundable
• Sessions already completed are non-refundable
• Client-initiated cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to retention of payment

4. Session Credits & Rescheduling

Instead of a refund, you may prefer:

• Rescheduling your session to another date and time
• Receiving a credit towards future sessions
• Converting your payment into session credits with valid up to 3 months

5. Payment Method & Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

6. Package Deals & Discounts

If you have purchased a package or used promotional codes:

• Only unused portions of packages are eligible for refund
• Discounted packages have limited refund eligibility (contact us for details)
• Promotional credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund and your request is denied:

• You may request a formal review by emailing us with detailed documentation
• We will respond with a detailed explanation within 10 business days
• You may escalate the matter for independent review if you remain unsatisfied

8. Money-Back Guarantee

Psychology Zone offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first session and provide feedback within 24 hours, we will either:

• Offer you a full refund, or
• Match you with a different therapist at no additional cost

9. Cancellation by Psychology Zone

If we cancel a session:

• We will provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible
• You will receive a full refund or credit for a rescheduled session
• We will provide alternative time slots or refund the payment immediately
